  • While we consult primarily with nonprofits and other social impact organizations, our executive coaching clients have come from a broad range of industries including tech, education, hospitality, and healthcare.

  • Yes! Executive coaching tends to focus on strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication as well as embracing and leading change. But my approach isn’t about titles. It’s about expanding your leadership capacity as a whole person, both professionally and as the executive leader in your life.

  • Our primary services are those detailed above, but we do work with clients in other ways as scheduling permits.
